This is the original 40 acres of property that Dan Raymond bought to create a home for the Muskegon Motorcycle Club back in 1920. I can't remember the amount of money he paid, but it was like 2 chickens and a cow (someone can send me the true amount and I'll update it).

Anyways. the National Pro Hillclimb is held at this site every even numbered year. It has traditionally been held in August, but has recently been move to July to run in conjunction with the Muskegon Bike Time.
